  3. Side Trip: Lone Star Motorcycle Museum
    • Location: On Ranch Road 187, just 4 miles north of Vanderpool.
    • Description: The museum features a remarkable collection of motorcycles from the 1910s to modern times. Inside, you’ll find the “Ace Cafe” offering gourmet burgers, Aussie meat pies, and more. Admission is $5.00 for adults.
    • Duration: A brief detour of a few miles.
  4. Vanderpool to Leakey via Ranch Road 337
    • Distance: About 15 miles
    • Description: This stretch is a dream for motorcycle enthusiasts, with sharp turns, rolling hills, and scenic views. Be cautious as you may encounter other riders.
  5. Leakey Stops
    • Frio Canyon Motorcycle Stop: Located just north of Leakey on 337. This stop offers additional riding information and tips about the local area.
  6. Returning to Kerrville
    • Route: From the Frio Canyon Motorcycle Stop, continue north on Highway 83 until you reach Highway 39.

  7. Ingram and Kerrville
    • Route: At the end of Highway 39, you’ll arrive in Ingram. From there, follow Highway 27 west to Kerrville.
